Time for Tokyo
Spent Halloween in Tokyo where people are dressed in costumes all year round.
This is Joey. I met him through Jenny Dizon. He is lovely and chic in equal parts. We met for a quick stroll around Shinjuku and had coffee at an underground cafe.
He's a little vagabond as well having lived/worked all around the world which meant a great supply of chat for the two of us. :)

I don't know how I'd survive if I was born into a family who only stayed in one place all the time.

Spent the weekend in Bangkok with most of my closest friends!!! It's the first time we all went on a trip abroad together. (Wish Hanna and everyone who was sick or out of the country were able to come with us) It was a fun all girl trip with my friend Dani's boyfriend Pao (check out their joint blog!) as our "bodyguard". Since most of us have been to Bangkok before, we skipped the tours and hit the malls instead.
Top Three Things We Did In Thailand:
1) Shopped EVERYWHERE!!!!
2) Ate plates of spicy beef, pad thai, tom yum soup, chicken satay...
oh and yummy freshly baked waffles!

3) Drowned ourselves in Thai milk tea!
I can't wait for the next trip, whenever and wherever that may be!

On wearing what you love
One of the gifts of traveling is that it is an exercise on definition. Think about it, you only pack what you really love. And what you really love is really all you need. So if you're wondering what face your capsule wardrobe would take, try packing for a month's journey.
But goodness, don't let fashion worries occupy your mind too much when you're traveling. That would be most unfortunate! There's so much experiences to have, people to meet, food to sample, and adventures to take. Trust me, clothes should be the last thing on your mind when you're vagabonding in a new city.
